GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please review these Terms and Conditions carefully. Your booking with Pin Drop Travel Advisors (James & TaWanda Johnson), an Independent Affiliate of OutsideAgents.com, indicates acceptance of the following:

  1. Our Role as Your Travel Advisor
    Pin Drop Travel Advisors is an independent travel advisor affiliated with OutsideAgents.com, acting as an intermediary between you (“the client”) and travel suppliers (such as cruise lines, tour operators, airlines, hotels, and other service providers). All travel arrangements are subject to the terms and conditions of those suppliers.
  2. Payments
  • All payments for travel services are processed directly with the supplier/vendor. The client’s own credit or debit card must be used; at no time will Pin Drop Travel Advisors or its representative accept payment directly (client funds will NOT be collected or processed through our business).
  • You may be required to complete a credit card authorization form for fraud protection before payment is submitted to the supplier.
  • The charge may appear as “Cruises and Tours Unlimited,” “OutsideAgents.com,” or the name of the specific supplier/vendor.
  1. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
  • Each supplier/vendor has its own terms regarding changes, cancellations, and refunds. It is your responsibility to review and accept these policies at the time of booking.
  • Pin Drop Travel Advisors will assist in navigating supplier policies but is not responsible for penalties, non-refundable deposits, or fees imposed by the supplier.
  1. Travel Protection
  • You are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances (cancellation, medical emergencies, trip interruption, etc.).
  • Declining travel insurance means you accept responsibility for all losses, penalties, or costs not covered by protection.
  1. Documentation & Requirements
  • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all travelers have proper documentation (passports, visas, immunizations) according to destination regulations, and that documents are valid for international travel, including for the required duration post travel.
  • Pin Drop Travel Advisors is not responsible for denied boarding or additional expenses due to insufficient/incorrect documentation.

 

  1. Responsibility & Liability
  • Travel services are provided by independent suppliers whose policies and operations are outside our control. Pin Drop Travel Advisors is not liable for acts, errors, or omissions of any supplier, and assumes no responsibility for injury, loss, delay, or damage due to circumstances beyond our control.
  • Force majeure events (such as strikes, weather, pandemics, governmental acts) may impact travel plans. We will assist in pursuing available remedies, but refunds or compensation are at the discretion of the supplier.
  1. Covid & Health Disclosures
  • Travel restrictions, health, and safety protocols may be imposed by suppliers, governments, or other authorities and can change with little notice.
  • It is your responsibility to review and comply with all current requirements.

In consideration of the travel opportunity afforded to you, the Client and travelers in Clients party, Client, by applying payment on travel presented by the agency providing this document and/or signing this document electronically or otherwise, acknowledges and agrees to the following:

The 2019 Novel Coronavirus* (“COVID-19” “Coronavirus” “Pandemic”) is a known and rapidly evolving pandemic that is affecting travel worldwide, with continued spread and impacts expected.

Client is fully aware of the current global Coronavirus COVID-19 virus outbreak, the current travel restrictions, and inherent risks involved if choosing to travel.

Client understands that it is his/her responsibility to check, understand, and comply with the latest travel information regarding this virus outbreak with the CDC https://wwwnc.cdc.gov/travel/notices, domestic governing bodies https://travel.state.gov, destination governing bodies, and all vendors associated with Clients travel.

Client is aware that it is his/her personal decision to travel and is doing so with full knowledge of current travel recommendations, restrictions, and requirements with regards to the Coronavirus COVID-19 and takes full responsibility for his/her actions with regards to this.

Client understands and confirms that the agency providing this document, after reasonable inquiry, has made available to client, by reference, referral, or other conveyance, the best available information known to the agent or agency providing this document regarding pandemic policies provided by travel suppliers and governing bodies, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, cruises lines, tour agencies, insurance provider, transfer agencies or any other entity involved in clients booking.

Client is aware the travel warnings, travel restrictions and rules including screening and use of masks, travel insurance restrictions, and restrictions that may impede Clients ability to enter or exit a destination as planned, related to Covid-19 and understands the risks, is accepting of these and holds PTP harmless for any travel restrictions, death, illness, cancellations by suppliers, hotels, airlines, cruise lines, tour agencies or any other travel provider, financial loss, quarantining rules or measures put in place at airports or destinations Client is traveling through. Client further agrees to hold the agent or agency presenting this document harmless for any financial penalties or fees imposed by the by suppliers, hotels, airlines, cruise lines, tour agencies or any other travel provider due to cancellations or postponements due to Covid-19 and agrees not to sue or institute a credit card dispute or “charge back” to the agent or agency providing this document or its partners or affiliates.

  1. Acceptance & Authority
  • By requesting a quote, submitting payment, or instructing booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and accept these terms and those of each supplier.
  • The lead traveler is considered authorized to act for all persons in the booking.
